Meet the team:

Join a collaborative team responsible for managing product data flow for Dexcom’s international distributors and direct-to-consumer businesses. The team plays a key role in ensuring pricing and commercial changes are accurately implemented across systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across international markets.

Working closely with commercial, finance, legal, IT, and operational stakeholders, the team supports a wide range of business initiatives across EMEA and global markets. From implementing pricing updates and maintaining data accuracy to supporting business cases and forecasting activities, the team helps ensure that critical commercial processes run smoothly and effectively.

Where you come in:

- You will own and continuously enhance the end-to-end price book update process, ensuring pricing and commercial changes are accurately implemented across international markets.
- You will lead complex pricing and operational initiatives by partnering with Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations stakeholders across global markets.
- You will leverage Salesforce (SFDC), Jira, and other business systems to support process optimization, drive efficiencies, and improve data quality.
- You will develop and maintain analytical models, tools, and reporting that support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- You will provide insights and recommendations through business case analysis, helping evaluate pricing opportunities, reimbursement changes, and commercial strategies.
- You will build strong partnerships with regional commercial teams, gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics and supporting business growth initiatives.
- You will identify and drive process improvement opportunities, helping establish scalable and efficient ways of working across international business operations.
- You will serve as a key contributor to forecasting cycles by ensuring pricing assumptions, market inputs, and commercial considerations are accurately reflected in revenue planning.

What makes you successful:

- You have advanced Excel skills and can confidently build analytical models, evaluate business scenarios, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- You have experience working with Salesforce, Jira, Asana, or similar business systems, and can quickly navigate new tools and processes.
- You have experience in an analytical, finance, operations, consulting, pricing, or related business environment.
- You are highly proactive, naturally curious, and motivated to understand the broader business context behind the work.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and adapting quickly to changing business needs.
- You can analyze complex problems, identify practical solutions, and drive initiatives forward with a high degree of independence.
- You build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
- You combine strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the impact of your work on business outcomes

Experience and Education Requirements:

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience

Flex Workplace:

- Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

The monthly base salary for this position is from €3,768.33 to €4,876.67 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
