Meet the team:

Join a collaborative team responsible for managing product data flow for Dexcom’s international distributors and direct-to-consumer businesses. The team plays a key role in ensuring pricing and commercial changes are accurately implemented across systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across international markets.

Working closely with commercial, finance, legal, IT, and operational stakeholders, the team supports a wide range of business initiatives across EMEA and global markets. From implementing pricing updates and maintaining data accuracy to supporting business cases and forecasting activities, the team helps ensure that critical commercial processes run smoothly and effectively.

Where you come in:

- You will support the implementation of pricing updates in Salesforce (SFDC), helping ensure data accuracy across international markets and business channels.
- You will assist with the end-to-end price book update process, ensuring commercial and pricing changes are accurately reflected across business systems.
- You will create and maintain Jira requests, partnering with IT teams to support system updates and operational changes.
- You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support pricing initiatives and business priorities.
- You will support forecasting and business planning activities by maintaining accurate pricing data and reporting.
- You will help develop and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and tools that support business analysis and decision-making.
- You will contribute to business case analysis by gathering, validating, and organizing data to support pricing and commercial decisions.
- You will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality, and increase operational efficiency

What makes you successful:

- You are highly proficient in Excel and can efficiently analyze data, build models, and support business planning and decision-making activities.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Asana, or similar business systems is considered an advantage.
- You are naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn new processes, systems, and business concepts.
- You enjoy solving problems, analyzing information, and turning data into practical business solutions.
- You can effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Experience and Education Requirements:

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace:

- Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

The monthly base salary for this position is from €2,677.50 to €3,465.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
