Job Description:
- Approve customer orders and route them to the relevant warehouse based on item availability.
- Adjust item inventory between the two finished-goods warehouses.
- Prioritize and expedite items with low inventory or shortages to reduce missing-item cases and meet OTD targets.
- Maintain regular communication with the logistics warehouse regarding new orders, complaints, priorities, and product-file updates.
- Meet OTD KPI and product-availability targets.
- Work in accordance with QA and RA requirements.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Run inventory counts.
- MDM – Master data management, maintain SAP data.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in planning or logistics roles.
- Previous experience in a medical or pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
- Experience with Priority/SAP ERP is an advantage.
- Academic degree in Industrial Management.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to distinguish priority levels.
