Customer Sales Coordinator (Co-op Student)
Duration: 4 or 8 months
Introduction
We are looking for a Customer Sales Coordinator Co-op Student to join our Customer Sales team. In this role, you will support the customer order lifecycle by preparing quotations, processing orders, managing invoicing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience while supporting efficient sales and operational processes.
This role is based in Montreal, Quebec, with hybrid working options available.

You will join a collaborative team of customer service and sales support professionals focused on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Our team plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and business growth by ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and effective coordination across functions.
We collaborate closely with customers, global partners, purchasing teams, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders. Our ways of working emphasize teamwork, accountability, customer focus, continuous improvement, and open communication.
What you'll do
• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations based on product specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, order tracking, and fulfillment coordination.
• Work closely with global partners, purchasing teams, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Manage invoicing and billing activities, including resolving discrepancies and following up with customers when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the quotation, ordering, and delivery process.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records while ensuring attention to detail.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
What you'll bring
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and available for a 4- or 8-month co-op term.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Previous customer service, sales support, order management, or administrative experience (nice to have).

Introduction
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des ventes clients - stagiaire Coop pour se joindre à notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez au cycle complet des commandes clients en préparant des soumissions, en gérant les commandes, en assurant le suivi de la facturation et en offrant un service à la clientèle de grande qualité. Vous contribuerez à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle tout en soutenant l'efficacité de nos processus de vente et d'exploitation.
Ce poste est basé à Montréal (Québec) et offre un mode de travail hybride.

Ce que vous ferez
• Préparer des soumissions précises et rapides selon les spécifications des produits, les prix et les exigences de livraison.
• Traiter et gérer les commandes clients, incluant la saisie, le suivi et la coordination des livraisons.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires mondiaux ainsi qu'avec les équipes d'approvisionnement et de logistique afin d'assurer la livraison des commandes dans les délais prévus.
• Gérer le processus de facturation, y compris la résolution des écarts et le suivi auprès des clients lorsque nécessaire.
• Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout au long du processus de soumission, de commande et de livraison.
• Répondre rapidement et efficacement aux demandes, problèmes et plaintes des clients.
• Maintenir des dossiers clients et des informations de commandes exacts et à jour.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et procédures de service à la clientèle.
Ce que vous apporterez
• Être inscrit(e) à un programme d'études postsecondaires et disponible pour un stage Coop de 4 ou 8 mois.
• Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les membres de l'équipe et les différents intervenants.
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
• Grande attention aux détails et souci de maintenir des dossiers précis.
• Capacité à performer dans un environnement dynamique et à travailler sous pression.
• Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle, soutien aux ventes, gestion des commandes ou administration (atout).
