About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer III to help drive product quality, process excellence, and customer satisfaction across our organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional, analytical and collaborative, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across functions, and partnering with customers and suppliers to deliver effective quality solutions to support Bivar’s continued profitability, growth and commitment to excellence.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).

- 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical role.

- Working experience with Quality Management System (QMS) support, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Working experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma tools and principles.

- Working experience with supplier and customer quality systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
