The AI Technical Project Manager brings hands-on expertise in project and program management methodologies within data science, machine learning, and generative AI. This role collaborates cross-functionally to develop and execute roadmaps and initiatives, requiring strong technical knowledge across analytics, machine learning, and generative AI.

This role contributes expertise in project and program management methodologies specific to data science, machine learning, and generative AI projects, providing support and guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders. It jointly develops roadmaps and project plans with the Director of Forward Deploy Engineers, Director of AI Hub, Sr AI Technical Program, and Product, Technology, and Business leaders. The role monitors project progress, analyzes performance, and delivers insights to executive leadership while staying updated on emerging trends. In addition to strategic program management, this role involves coordinating project execution activities, including facilitating committees, building executive presentations, running working teams, and managing tactical tasks to ensure successful project delivery.

- Experience across all phases of the development life cycle, with familiarity in agile practices
- Experience in risk management, mitigation, and contingency planning
- Experience in change/issue management and dependency identification
- Experience in demand management and backlog refinement
- Experience building strategic roadmaps with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills in a global environment
- Empathy and care for customers and teams
- Detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands
- Experience embedding AI initiatives and AI-enabled practices into project management workflows

This position is a banded salary grade 6 to 8 and ranges from $85,400-$192,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
