## Role Purpose:

The role is focussed on ensuring that teams are able to meet targets set for Quality, Safety, EHS. Efficiency. Cost, Service and People.
A key aspect is also to develop a more empowered team, by training, coaching and development of individuals through strong leadership.
Deputy for Operation Manager.
Lead/'Go-To'/ person for sub -section of area.
Managing team of 30-130 people.
Manage Mixing and Packing normal production of full categories.
Manage continuous improvement in terms of Mixing/Packing process after technical transfer.

Accountabilities:

Support operation manager to drive vertical startup of production equipment and facilities.
Support engineering, EPCM and suppliers on FAT, installation, dry commissioning, and qualification, always value inputs from production perspective.
Lead production staff to achieve process learning curve focusing on efficiency improvement and ensure a successful hand over to normal commercial production.
Control material usage for commission and validation within approved budget. Control material waste and scrap rate within target.
Deliver training to production team, ensure skills are qualified for normal production.
Establish production related SOP for commercial production and manufacturing license purpose.
Delivery of normal production KPIs.
Ensure KPI scorecards are kept up to date daily by team members and reviewed on a weekly basis with the whole team.
Report an accumulated view of all scorecards and other KPIs on a weekly basis to Operation Manager.
Ensure the performance reviews of the team are carried out on a monthly basis, with any issues/training/development opportunities being communicated to Operation Manager.
Proactively learn WCM and deploy in department to drive operation excellence. Act as a vice leader of AM pillar to strongly support the achievement of business objectives and factory vision.
Comply with regulations pertaining to disinfectant products, cosmetics, medical devices, as well asthe company's quality management system documents. Ensure that the work performed in this position meets GMP requirements and fulfill the obligations related to product quality and safety as outlined in the relevant quality management documents.

Skills & Experience required:

Broad experience of Manufacturing Operations management in a relevant industry, ideally FMCG.
Demonstrable experience in a relevant technical discipline, i.e., Engineering / Scientific.
Operational experience at Area Team Leader across two different areas (Reckitt Specific).
3-to-5-year experience of production management. At least 2 year of team management bigger than 20 people with demonstrated results.
Develop and understand other functions and their relationship with Supply. Communicate effectively within a matrix organization.
Experience in TPM/AM/PM/SAP is a plus, at least know how.
Understands basic technology of liquids making and packing.
Familiar with Quality standards and EHS and Regulatory compliance requirements.
Fundamental project management skills.

Professional qualifications required:

Educated to Degree calibre University graduate.

Written and Verbal fluency in English is essential.
Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project, Power BI is a plus.
Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point Project Power BI
Experience of using SAP. Launch SAP would be a plus.
