As a People Advisor you will be required to work as part of a team in the People Advisory team.
The role will entail liaising across the business with key stakeholders and external clients where required. You will be perceived as proactive, credible and accountable.
You will have responsibility for managing your own cases, providing advice on KPMG policies and procedures, as well as data entry and administrative tasks.

• The successful candidate is likely to have/be able to demonstrate: • Experience working in an HR shared services or Customer Services environment; in a financial services industry • Qualified or studying towards Human Resource Management degree or equivalent • An ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels, building rapport and challenging professionally; • High levels of resilience, with experience of working in a highly pressurised client centric environment; • Excellent attention to detail; • Excellent communicator – written and verbal with the ability to write and respond in a professional, customer focused manner • The ability to influence and confidently negotiate at all levels; • Good organisational, literacy and numeracy skills; • The ability to prioritise workload in a high pressure, autonomous environment; and • Good proficiency with IT Office, including: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. as well as SAP HR, Appain,, HRSD (ServiceNow) Success Factors or equivalent HR system.
