Supervisor of Imaging and Neurodiagnostic Services

Neuroscience Group is currently looking for a Supervisor of Imaging and Neurodiagnostic Services. This is a full time role with schedule to be determined. This role collaborates with the Leadership Team to efficiently and effectively lead, manage and be accountable for imaging, special procedures, neurodiagnostics, lab and MRI services. The Team Lead will coach and develop the assigned teams to greater success through process improvement and skills development and will promote, support and work toward delivery of superior patient service.

For over thirty years, Neuroscience Group has provided excellent neurologic care for the Fox Valley and Northeast Wisconsin. Ours is the only medical facility in the area that combines neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedic spine surgery, interventional and non-interventional pain management, and physical therapy. Our practice has grown to over 50 providers and serves patients in nine outlying clinics scattered throughout the region. Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Foster a strong team culture to support and facilitate individual, team and practice success. Strive for and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction and morale.
- Oversee all imaging, lab, special procedures, neurodiagnostics and MRI activities
- Maintain staffing schedules and approves/denies PTO requests
- Monitor, correct and approve timecards, milage reimbursement and FMLA
- Collaborate with RAD/NDX Physician Liaison to maintain staff certifications
- Complete annual performance evaluations with all direct reports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment that complies with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Troubleshoot daily staff issues or concerns
- Work with operational leaders and senior leadership in the development and implementation of new service delivery products and services
- Coordinate the maintenance and calibration of all equipment
- Participate and coordinate implementation and testing of new equipment
- Work with Director of Clinical Operations and Physician Liaison to assess annual staff-related budget items and capital requests
- Work with the operations team to optimize access to services through effective scheduling practices
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing and reviewing orientation materials, giving facility tours and scheduling training.
- Perform other duties as assigned

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Requires frequent change in position, including bending, stooping, standing, stretching, and walking and sitting, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- May involve lifting of up to 30–40 pounds. Can occasionally involve moving or assisting patients.
