Sales Operations Analyst
São Paulo, Brazil - Hybrid
Role Overview:
The Sales Operations Analyst is a key member of the Revenue Operations team, partnering with sales leaders across Latin America to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, reporting, and operational performance. This role serves as a primary operational point of contact for the region, translating sales data into clear insights that support better decisions. You will work closely with regional and global teams, gaining exposure to senior leadership and go-to-market initiatives while helping Revenue Operations scale effectively across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, including bookings, quota attainment, pipeline, forecast accuracy, win-loss, indirect bookings, cloud mix, and strategic campaigns.
- Participate in weekly sales forecast calls, providing accurate reporting and insights to sales management.
- Serve as the regional escalation point for forecasting, quota, bookings, reporting, process, and Salesforce issues across Latin America.
- Partner with the Latin America Operations Director and sales leaders to strengthen operating cadence, Salesforce hygiene, and regional execution.
- Manage regional reporting requirements, promoting the use of centralized dashboards while ensuring local needs are reflected in global reporting initiatives.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews with quota and pipeline reports, sales metrics, analysis, and executive presentations.
- Monitor deals during close periods, partnering with Account Executives and Revenue Operations Specialists to resolve booking and process issues.
- Analyze sales programs, KPIs, budget, and forecast performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards that improve visibility into pipeline, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Improve processes, systems, and reporting while supporting projects and providing guidance or training to colleagues when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related area, including experience with Salesforce administration.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, bookings, quota attainment, and revenue reporting.
- Experience with systems and tools supporting Salesforce, variable compensation, revenue reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and modeling, with strong Power BI experience.
- Experience building and modifying reports in Salesforce CRM Lightning.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data and complex concepts to different audiences.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and colleagues across cultures.
- Experience managing projects and providing guidance, coaching, or training when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tableau and Clari.
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Experience supporting Sales or Revenue Operations across Latin America.
- Track record of presenting data, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
