About this role
The Administrative Assistant will support our field location by handling essential clerical tasks and inventory tracking to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and working closely with field staff to maintain streamlined field service operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Assist in entering and managing purchase and sales orders, and track job progress through the manufacturing facility
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare essential reports
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and updating them on service schedules and job statuses
- Enter sales orders and track jobs in the manufacturing facility
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on service schedules and job status
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of field service processes
REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma/GED required
- Must possess good phone and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and capable of adapting to office management systems and procedures
- Required to have excellent time management skills
- Must possess an attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Must be reliable and dependable, work all shifts and arrive on time
- Must be responsible and safe and adhere to all Flogistix safety procedures
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- Experience working in an office setting, preferably with administrative duties
