Job Description

As a Houseperson , you are an essential part of creating a memorable experience for our owners and guests! You will help keep our property looking its best while supporting the housekeeping team and making sure everything guests need is ready and in place. From preparing and delivering supplies to assisting with light cleaning and maintenance, you will play a hands-on role in keeping our property clean, comfortable, and welcoming . As a Houseperson, you will:

- Keep housekeeping teams ready for success by stocking totes and carts with the supplies they need and delivering them where they’re needed
- Keep operations running smoothly by delivering clean linens, towels, and other essential supplies to housekeeping staff
- Help keep guest units fresh and inviting by collecting and removing trash and soiled linens
- Take pride in our property by helping maintain clean, attractive outdoor and common areas, including patios, patio furniture, BBQ areas, and other exterior spaces
- Help keep the property safe and well maintained by assisting with light cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Jump in and support the housekeeping team wherever help is needed
- Follow safety guidelines, maintain a positive team environment, and take on other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling moderate physical activity, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds
- Good judgment when interacting with guests, owners, and team members
- Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus
