TMF Group is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer to drive automation and functional testing initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM , Service Management Tools (SMT) , Power Platform, and related web applications. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases through robust test automation, manual testing, defect management, and collaboration within Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Functional Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Test Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT solutions, Power Platform, and web applications.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Validate integrations between CRM, SMT, and connected systems.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
- Apply QA methodologies, testing best practices, and test lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and defect triage.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing activities and quality outcomes.
Defect & Test Management
- Manage test cases, execution, requirements traceability, and defects using Azure DevOps/TFS.
- Log, track, validate, and close defects.
- Perform regression testing following bug fixes and deployments.
- Review requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
Dynamics 365 CRM & SMT Testing
- Test CRM and SMT customizations, configurations, and enhancements.
- Validate business processes, data integrity, and system integrations.
- Recommend quality improvements and testing best practices.
Key Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Testing (Functional and Automation).
- Experience testing Service Management Tools (SMT) .
- Hands-on expertise with: C#

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience with E2E, integration, functional, and regression testing.
- Solid defect management and requirement analysis skills.
