Are you looking to build your career in Client Due Diligence, compliance, and risk management? We are seeking a CDD Officer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our clients meet regulatory and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
As a CDD Officer, you will be responsible for conducting client reviews, preparing client risk analyses, and maintaining accurate client records. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, Compliance, and Quality Control teams to ensure regulatory obligations are met and client due diligence processes are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Client Risk Analyses in line with the organization's CDD framework.
- Conduct client due diligence reviews and ensure all CDD requirements are met.
- Review and assess client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Identify, retrieve, and analyze information from existing client files to support risk assessments.
- Assist colleagues with day-to-day client due diligence matters and provide support on CDD-related queries.
- Maintain and update client records, databases, and regulatory tracking systems.
- Prepare and manage communications with clients to request and obtain required information and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates within relevant compliance systems, including Fen-X.
- Monitor and follow up on screening alerts and matches generated through World-Check and other screening tools.
- Complete client review activities within agreed timelines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Compliance and Quality Control teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the CDD process.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.
- Experience in Client Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML, compliance, or a related area is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including WTT, WWFT, sanctions regulations, and broader European compliance requirements.
- Ability to understand corporate structures, regulatory frameworks, and tax-related concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess information critically.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with databases, compliance systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
