Order Management Intern (all genders)

Job Description

Your role:

- Managing orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
- Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, creating and managing delivery orders.
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
- Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

You're the right fit if:

- You are a student of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
- You have communicative English language (B2 level or higher) and feel comfortable in communication with stakeholders.
- You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
- You are team player with strong communication skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
- You are available to work for at least 30 hours per week

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
