Warehouse Manager Distribution Center

Job Duties

- Lead and oversee daily Distribution Center operations to achieve goals related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, customer satisfaction, and inventory management.

- Manage production schedules, labor utilization, budgets, overtime, and operational expenses while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for supervisors and employees, ensuring a high-performance, engaged workforce.

- Identify and resolve operational challenges, including staffing, material availability, equipment issues, and workflow disruptions to maintain operational efficiency.

- Support talent management activities, including hiring, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and disciplinary actions.

- Administer key departmental functions, including payroll approval, attendance management, employee documentation, policy compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other business partners.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management or related field)

- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

- Occasional travel and overnight stays (0-5%)
