JOB SUMMARY:
Provide recruitment services to the various programs by identifying staffing needs and recommending candidates for open positions; process new employees and maintain employees records and files.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Stay up to date on all recruiting best practices, including participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Supports Human Resources and organizational talent acquisition goals.
- Create and manage agency wide recruitment strategy and process.
- Facilitate agency wide full cycle recruiting.
- Coordinate pre-employment process for all incoming employees.
- Meet regularly with hiring managers to provide updates and trends.
- Identify and provide strategic solutions for talent gaps.
- Manage process, including communication and documentation, for job offers, transfers, promotions and terminations.
- Provide recruitment reports to team managers.
- Be an ambassador for agency brand internally, and online.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding recruiting and employment practices.
- Serve as a liaison and agency representative with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations, including in-person representation and coordination for internal and external job fairs.
- Manage agency Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage employee terminations, including exit interviews and coordination of equipment retrieval.
- Provide training as needed to individuals and departments regarding appropriate interview questions and tools in selecting the most qualified candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality as required by St. Annes, licensing, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies.
SECONDARY JOB DUTIES:
- Participate in trainings and meetings.
- Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) of the agency.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of two years previous recruiting experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and HR database System
- Must be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel and prioritize competing deadlines
- Phone, Teams, zoom and online meeting platform skills
- An understanding of or experience in private non-profit and governmental organizations is desirable.
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
