Risk Strategy and Execution Vice President, Business Banking Risk

As a Vice President in Risk Strategy and Execution, you will support the Business Banking Risk Chief of Staff and senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives, managing projects and enhancing operational efficiency. You will prepare content for executives, and drive collaboration at all levels of the organization to meet the Chief Risk Officer’s strategic objectives for Business Banking Risk.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff, senior leadership, and other departments by planning, executing, and monitoring key projects and initiatives within Business Banking Risk
- Partner across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables
- Conduct research and analysis to generate insights and support decision-making processes
- Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and messaging that support strategic priorities and leadership engagement
- Prepare reports on staffing, budget, and maintain resiliency plan for BB Risk
- Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives, including leadership visits, town halls, recognition programs, networking opportunities, and team development activities
- Comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- 4+ years’ of relevant experience
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multi-task, demonstrating a positive can-do attitude
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills with attention to detail
- Curious and eager to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to influence and work effectively with all levels of the organization and with geographically distributed teams
