Summary Statement:
The General Manager of Casino Service is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of casino cocktail service, High Limit, and Baccarat beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong financial performance, and consistent execution of luxury service standards. This role provides direct oversight of daily casino beverage operations, revenue and cost management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration, while providing operational support to the General Manager of Lounges as business needs require.
Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:
- Lead and oversee daily casino beverage operations, including casino cocktail service, High Limit, and Baccarat, ensuring service standards, guest experience, operational readiness, and luxury hospitality expectations are consistently achieved.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective labor management, cost control, inventory oversight, productivity management, and deployment of resources aligned with casino volume and business demand.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the casino floor and in premium gaming areas during peak business periods, special events, and high-volume periods to support operations, resolve guest concerns, and ensure service excellence.
- Partner with Casino Operations, Special Events, Marketing, Security, and other Food and Beverage leaders to coordinate casino events, tournaments, VIP activity, activations, and service needs while ensuring seamless execution across departments.
- Oversee financial performance across assigned casino beverage operations, including budgeting, forecasting, P and L management, labor and beverage cost performance, and timely variance reporting.
- Recruit, develop, schedule, and lead management and hourly casino beverage teams, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, performance accountability, service consistency, and strong leadership bench strength.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards, including responsible alcohol service, health and safety, sanitation, gaming-related requirements, cash handling, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor operational performance, guest feedback, service execution, and business trends to identify opportunities to improve speed of service, beverage availability, revenue, productivity, and the overall casino guest experience.
- Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership regarding operational performance, staffing, financial results, guest service opportunities, and business needs; provide operational support to the General Manager of Lounges and lounge venues as needed.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.

Qualifications : Includes but is not limited to:
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Ability to lead multiple casino beverage service areas and teams in a high-volume, 24-hour luxury resort and gaming environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Ability to manage complex casino beverage operations during high-volume periods, VIP activity, tournaments, special events, and changing business demand.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in fast paced environments.
- Working knowledge of casino beverage, cocktail service, bar operations, premium gaming environments, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems, POS systems, scheduling tools, inventory systems, and operational reporting tools.
- Professional appearance consistent with company grooming, dress and uniform policies.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Preferred :
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Experience managing casino beverage, cocktail service, High Limit, Baccarat, premium gaming, bar, lounge, or similar high-volume beverage operations.
- Experience with POS and event management systems such as Micros, InfoGenesis, UrVenue, FEVO.
- Experience managing large scale events or entertainment programming.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in high-volume hospitality, casino beverage, bar, lounge, nightclub, or comparable beverage operations.
- Minimum Three (3) years in a senior leadership or general management role.
- Proven track record of managing luxury hospitality operations.
