Love working with children? We’re looking for a couple caring, dependable people to join our team as a Part-Time Childcare Assistant! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being around children and wants to make a difference in their day. No childcare experience is required—we’re looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping children learn and grow.
This is an afternoon position, Monday–Friday , with a schedule of either 2:00–6:00 p.m. or 1:00–5:30 p.m depending on location. You’ll work alongside our classroom teachers to help care for and engage children in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
Pay: Starts at $11 with a high school education and little experience; from $13 with an ECE Certificate; from $15 with an Associates degree.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and play with children
- Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized
- Support teachers and step in where needed
- Help children finish their day in a calm, positive way
What We Need
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a fingerprint background check
- Reliable, friendly, patient, and good with kids
- Experience working with children in a group setting preferred but not required
