Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO / Project Manager based in Phoenix to drive cross-market payment initiatives and manage vendor partnerships. In this role, you will lead complex, multi-market project portfolios, negotiate priorities among competing third-party stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end integration across modern payment ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in payment orchestration, gateway integrations, and strict third-party risk management frameworks. Required Qualifications &
Experience: -
Experience: 8+ years of dedicated Project/Program Management experience operating within a PMO environment.- Domain Knowledge: Direct experience with Payment Gateways, Payment Orchestration platforms, and card network integrations.- TLM Expertise: Proven experience operating within the ecosystem and hands-on familiarity with Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) frameworks.- Vendor Management: Strong track record of managing multi-vendor environments, negotiating scopes, and resolving competing vendor interests.- Multi-Market Leadership: Demonstrated history of managing international or multi-market releases simultaneously. Qualifications:- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe).- Technical Background: Familiarity with ISO 8583 / ISO 20022 message formats, PCI-DSS compliance requirements, and API-driven architectures.
