Night Auditor – Winter 2026/2027
Location: Brian Head Lodge | Department: Front Desk

As a night auditor, youll support late-night guest services while handling key administrative and accounting tasks for the Front Desk team. Youll be the friendly night-shift face for guests and the one who balances the books before morning!
What Youll Do:
- Greet and assist late-arriving or departing guests.
- Manage phone, email, and online reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guests with info about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Has a high school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Can resolve guest issues calmly and professionally.
- Can pass a background check.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time during overnight shifts.
