AMXL Ops Leader

We are seeking an experienced 3PL Senior Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and leading the AMXL network in Egypt. This position will be responsible for the entire AMXL operation in Egypt, including interfacing with 3PL providers and serving as the main point of contact for internal teams such as Transportation, Retail, and Supply Chain

Key job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of the AMXL network (Fulfillment Centre and Transportation) for the Egyptian market
- Contribute to the annual Operational Plan 1 (OP1) and Operational Plan 2 (OP2) processes, setting strategic goals for 3P AMXL operations
- Lead and develop a team of Area Managers (AMs) and Process Assistants (PAs) in the AMXL network
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in handling and delivering oversized items
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end delivery process for large items
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet business objectives
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to address unique challenges in the AMXL network
- Interface with 3PL providers and serve as the main point of contact for internal teams

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of team leadership and development experience
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience relevant experience working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
