- Achieve 99%+ inventory accuracy.
- Maintain 100% compliance with safety procedures and required training.
- Perform warehouse operations safely and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting on-time customer deliveries.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by properly receiving, labeling, storing, counting, and transacting materials using the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Meet or exceed warehouse productivity standards for receiving, picking, and shipping.
- Maintain high-quality standards by inspecting materials for damage, following handling procedures, and reporting discrepancies or non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow and continuous warehouse operations.
- Contribute to warehouse efficiency by identifying process improvements, reducing waste, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling equipment while maintaining required certifications and equipment inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by following 5S principles and ensuring work areas remain safe and efficient.
- Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to meet changing business needs.

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet with proper fall protection equipment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Dependable and punctual; excessive absenteeism or tardiness is not acceptable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Customer service-oriented, with the ability to handle will-call orders accurately and professionally.
- Keen attention to detail with solid organizational capabilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld inventory devices.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Glovia, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology.
- Understanding of inventory control practices, including License Plate Number (LPN) tracking and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods.
