About Brook

Care doesn't stop when patients leave the clinic. Neither do we. Brook helps health systems deliver continuous care beyond traditional visits by combining AI, clinical care teams, connected devices, and operational expertise into one seamless solution. Together, we keep patients connected, support clinicians, and make it easier for healthcare organizations to improve outcomes at scale.

We're building the infrastructure that powers the future of remote, continuous care; helping health systems extend care beyond the clinic, strengthen patient relationships, improve efficiency, and deliver better outcomes through proactive, personalized care.
Our ambition.
Make continuous care the new standard of healthcare.
Run the continuous care infrastructure that extends clinical teams and empowers patients to achieve better health outcomes.

Brook. The Remote Care Company.
For our patients. For our partners. For each other.
## The Role

The Health Systems Sales Director builds and expands Brook's commercial relationships with hospitals, integrated health systems, and large medical groups. Reporting to the VP of National Sales, the Director develops and executes a regional and national direct-sales strategy focused on new business and strategic growth with health-system clients — combining consultative selling, executive relationship-building, solution design, and deal execution across long enterprise sales cycles.

It is a core growth channel for Brook: the person who turns health-system relationships into signed, expanding partnerships, and who brings the market back into how Brook sells.

What You'll Own

Drive New Business

- Develops and executes strategic sales plans that build Brook adoption and drive revenue across target health systems and hospital groups.
- Generates pipeline and owns the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Achieves and exceeds quarterly and annual targets for new revenue, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Build Executive Relationships

- Builds, nurtures, and manages relationships with the C-suite and decision-makers at current and prospective clients.
- Leads consultative needs assessments and solution design, in partnership with Brook's clinical, product, and operations teams.
- Represents Brook at conferences, industry events, and digital-health forums to raise awareness and generate leads.

Run It Like a Business

- Forecasts and reports opportunity progress, pipeline metrics, and revenue projections accurately in HubSpot.
- Partners with marketing, customer success, clinical, and legal to support implementation and early client growth.
- Stays abreast of market, regulatory, and reimbursement trends affecting health-system partnerships and remote-care adoption.

What Success Looks Like

- A healthy, qualified pipeline of health-system and hospital opportunities, forecast accurately in HubSpot.
- New multi-year health-system partnerships signed, with quarterly and annual revenue targets met or exceeded.
- Trusted relationships with the C-suite and decision-makers that turn into pipeline and references.
- Clean handoffs to delivery — what is sold is what Brook delivers, with clinical, product, and operations aligned from the start.
- In the first 6–12 months, a repeatable regional and national playbook and a pipeline that supports the year's number.

What You Bring

- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or clinical services, selling to hospital and health-system buyers.
- A track record of building and closing multi-year deals with C-level executives, hospital administrators, and medical-group leadership.
- Deep understanding of health-system operations, payer mix, regulatory issues, and digital-care innovation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, executive influence, and strategic-planning skills.
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and fluency with virtual-presentation and sales-enablement tools.
- Comfortable in an AI-enabled environment, with the freedom to bring new, AI-driven approaches.
- BA/BS or clinical credentials preferred.

Why You Want to Work Here

The work is real — the partnerships you close put continuous care in front of patients who need it.

The channel is core — you own a primary growth engine in a fast-growing part of health tech, with the autonomy to shape it.

The bar is high and so is the trust — clarity on what we're building, the autonomy to sell the way it needs to be sold, and teammates who hold themselves to the same standard.

Working at Brook

Three commitments anchor the work — for our patients, for our partners, and for each other.

- No bystanders. A gap or a risk gets brought forward, not worked around — effort and credit are shared across the team.
- Honest, with care. Pushback is thoughtful, and when a tradeoff is hard, the patient and partner on the other end anchor the call.
- Operational rigor, with AI in the loop. Daily, skeptical, accountable use of AI-enabled tooling.

Benefits at Brook

Brook offers a comprehensive benefits package: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees and their children; Spring Health; flexible PTO; a 401(k) with company match; company-paid disability and life insurance; and more.

Working Arrangement & Eligibility

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The role is fully remote within the United States, with significant national travel to clients, prospects, and industry events as the work requires. Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 base per year, plus a variable, commission-based plan (on-target earnings).

Equal Opportunity

Brook Inc is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
