Were seeking a dependable On-Call Caregiver to provide personal assistance and support to residents at Pitzer Lodge, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in a warm, home-like environment.
What Youll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, mobility, and meal support.
- Respond promptly to call lights and other resident needs.
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents condition.
- Build meaningful relationships to promote a supportive, homelike atmosphere.
- Support team initiatives, safety practices, and quality care standards.
- Assist in dining, activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- #### Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred and current First Aid certification.
- #### One year of caregiving experience in a community care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- #### Compassionate, resident-centered approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- #### Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- #### Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
