Baptist Hospital is hiring a Clinical and Business Operations Manager for the Baptist Hospital at Home office located at Baptist Downtown Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift.
This role is accountable for two integrated areas of the Hospital at Home program: oversight of care delivered in the home and leadership of the program’s business operations.
This role works in partnership with the Hospital at Home Nursing Manager, physicians, clinical leaders, operational teams, and external partners, this leader translates clinical and operational information into practical action, strengthens care delivery, and supports sustainable program performance and growth.
Clinical and Business Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that patients receive safe, high-quality, patient-centered hospital-level care
- Maintaining effective staffing, workflows, resources, vendor services, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.
Education, Education, & Credential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Registered Nurse License Required
- Basic Life Supo
Experience Requirements:
- Five Years Progressive Hospital Management Experience Required
