Summary: The Liquid Measurement Supervisor leads liquid measurement operations across field assets to support accurate hydrocarbon measurement, reliable data, and compliance with Company and industry standards. This role supervises measurement technicians and partners with Production, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Automation, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve measurement issues, commission equipment, and support production and sales accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to

- Lead, train, schedule, and support liquid measurement technicians; set clear expectations, monitor performance, and promote effective communication and accountability.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure work is completed in accordance with Company safety policies, operating standards, and applicable requirements.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, proving, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of liquid measurement equipment, including LACT units, liquid testers, Coriolis, turbine and positive displacement meters, BS&W monitors, and pressure and temperature transmitters.
- Monitor commissioning progress and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Marketing, Gathering, Capital, and other stakeholders to support proper equipment startup and timely project completion.
- Review meter proving reports and compare meter factors, flow rates, temperatures, and other data with prior results to identify and address variances.
- Monitor production and sales measurement data, daily reports, statements, tickets, and end-of-month activity for accuracy; investigate discrepancies and coordinate timely corrections with field personnel and business partners.
- Review and address measurement variances in a timely manner, including changes in accumulated volume, BS&W, gravity, temperature, and related operating data.
- Oversee measurement surveillance, meter-data tracking, trending, validation, and SCADA integration; collaborate with Automation and Engineering on system improvements.
- Monitor work-order activity, approve new work orders as appropriate, and follow up on aged or incomplete items to support timely closure.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and alignment with quotes or requested work; resolve questions with employees or vendors before approval.
- Maintain accurate measurement documentation and support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting.
- Identify recurring measurement issues and implement practical improvements that strengthen data integrity, reliability, and field execution.
- Communicate promptly with employees, peers, vendors, and operations personnel and remain available to support operational needs, including on-call or emergency response when required.

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 7+ years of oil and gas measurement experience, with liquid measurement experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in field operations.
- Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon measurement principles, meter calibration, meter proving, and liquid measurement systems.
- Experience with LACT units, liquid testers, Coriolis, turbine and positive displacement meters, BS&W monitors, and related pressure and temperature instrumentation.
- Ability to analyze measurement data, investigate discrepancies, and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting Permian Basin operations.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, measurement surveillance tools, and measurement automation.
- Technical certification related to measurement, including API certification.
