Responsible to organize, lead, plan, and manage the operational functions of the site’s warehouse and shipping activities.  Manages the receipt, issue, and storage of materials, supplies, components, and shipping of the finished goods, and equipment.  Accountable for the site warehouse’s transactional operational activity, which includes receipt, pick, pack, ship, and inventory management processes, which has direct systematic processing in QAD/ERP systems.  Works closely with other functional teams, which includes but is not limited to: order management, engineering, production, planning, quality, and logistics, to ensure a timely and efficient flow of material between receiving, warehouse, and productions areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead receiving, inventory control, warehousing, pick-pack-ship, and distribution activities.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transactions, physical inventories, and cycle counts.
- Lead, develop, coach, and train warehouse associates.
- Coordinate shipping activities and logistics requirements with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and KPI targets.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with physical inventory, cycle counts, inventory variance resolution, and material handling.
- Experience coordinating shipments and preparing SLI, BOL, and AWB documentation using carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
- ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required; QAD experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
