This role monitors referral and intake volume, holds the team accountable to timely and trauma-informed service, and steps in on complex or crisis situations that need additional judgment or support. This position may require in-person support in various organizational leadership-approved settings including homes, schools, offices, shared spaces, and community outreach locations. When participating in leadership-approved online activities, being on-camera and actively engaged is expected. Non-traditional hours may be required.
