This is the role and main tasks

As an Associate Solution Architect, you will oversee technical solution design and provide architectural leadership for enterprise-level Master Data Management implementations using Stibo Systems’ STEP platform. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, advise on technical strategy, and ensure high-quality delivery for our customers and partners.

More specifically, you will:

- Serve as the solution architecture lead during implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
- Drive design workshops, produce technical specifications, and validate solution quality and standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner closely with system integrators and internal teams (sales, delivery, partner support) to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Provide architectural estimates, guidance, and input on technical feasibility for project planning
- Lead internal and external development teams to implement solutions aligned with functional and performance requirements

You’ll be part of our LATAM Technology Consulting team located in São Paulo, working alongside experienced solution architects and consultants in a collaborative, multicultural environment. Together, we ensure successful delivery and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

- Java / J2EE technologies
- Service-Oriented and Event-Driven Architectures (SOA/EDA)
- SOAP and RESTful web services
- JMS messaging
- Extensions and data model customization in STEP

Who we are looking for

We are searching for a solution-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, customer-facing environments. You combine technical excellence with strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

Moreover, you:

- Bring proven experience as a Solution Architect within enterprise software implementation
- Possess advanced development experience in Java/J2EE and related frameworks
- Understand MDM, PIM, e-commerce, or ERP solutions and enterprise integration patterns
- Have experience engaging with C-level and enterprise stakeholders in a consultative role
- Are fluent in Spanish and English

(Experience working with system integrators and in international organizations is highly valued.)
