Guest Services Attendant

Cimarron Hills Golf and Country Club located in Georgetown, Texas , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Essential Duties:

- Prepare and clean golf carts for play following the standards of Cimarron Hills Golf and Country Club.

- Perform range maintenance such as setting up and maintaining range and chipping green presentation, maintaining a large amount of range ball inventory, and picking and cleaning range balls.

- Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.

- Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.

- Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.

- Direct start of play, including educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.

- Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play and maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.

- Complete daily project list.

- Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.

- Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.

- Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.

- Assist with food and beverage activities.

- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

- Regular and reliable attendance.

- Perform other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

- Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

- Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks or hears; occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches; regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

- Regularly works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather); occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals; frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.

Certificates/Licenses:

- Valid Driver's License.

Extra Information:

- Position is for our Outside Service Team. Team members will be eligible for tips, golf privileges, staff uniforms and more.
