Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.

- Balance cash drawer and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.

- Process and electronically deposit checks.

- Enter and maintain vehicle information within dealership systems.

- Scan, file, and organize important dealership documents.

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

- Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational abilities.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

- Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as part of the regular schedule.
