About this role

POSITION SUMMARY

The Casino Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the
day-to-day operation, supervislon, and compliance of casino and food and
beverage operations at The Mint Reno. This position provides hands-on
leadership to Team Members, maintains operational and guest-service
standards, safeguards Company assets, and helps ensure gaming and F&B
operations are conducted in accordance with Company policies, internal
controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Casino Operations - Oversee all casino-floor operations, including slot and table game activity, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient gaming environment.

- Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with all applicable Nevada

- Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations, Company policies, and internal controls.

- Cash Handling & Accountability - Manage casino cash operations. including drop procedures, fills, jackpots, and vault accountability.

- Team Leadership - Recruit, train, develop, and supervise casino and F&B staff, including bartenders, slot attendants, floor personnel, and shift leads.

- Food & Beverage Operations - Support the General Manager with day-to-day food and beverage operations including service standards, staffing, cleanliness, product availability, and overall guest experience.

- F&B Team Member Support - Provide leadership and direction to F&B Team Members, and assist with addressing operational, service, attendance, and performance concerns.

- Health, Safety & Alcohol Service - Ensure compliance with Company food and beverage procedures, including responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and applicable health and safety requirements.

- Performance Monitoring - Monitor gaming and F&B activity, review reports, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to improve operations.

- Investigations & Incident Resolution - Partner with Surveillance, Audit, and Security to investigate and resolve discrepancies, incidents, and/or suspicious activity.

- Guest Service - Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly and professionally address guest issues or complaints.

- Budget & Cost Control - Assist with budget management, revenue goals, product inventory, and cost control.

- Marketing Support - Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance the guest experience and drive business.

- Policy Enforcement - Implement and enforce Company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

- Other Duties - Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in casino operations, hospitality, or related management experience preferred.

- Knowledge of Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations and gaming compliance requirements.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and casino management systems.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Successful completion of all required background investigations. licensing, and regulatory approvals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and remain on the casino floor for extended periods. Occasional lifting, bending, and reaching may be required. The employee must be able to work in a highenergy, noise-filled environment and respond promptly to guest and operational needs_

WORK SCHEDULE
The Casino Manager must maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
