About this role
Description
Come build the future with us! What unites all Amazonians (across teams and geographies) is that we are all striving to delight customers and make their lives easier—whoever that customer may be. In pursuit of delighting customers, Amazonians have developed many products and services that transformed the way our customers live their lives and run their businesses. Together, we are building the future, one innovative product, service, and idea at a time. Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, publishers, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions—including retail media, display, video, DSP, measurement, and ad tech solutions—leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys.
The GTM & Marketing Strategy team drives efficiency across Amazon Ads by architecting the processes that align Product, Marketing, and Sales and building the single sources of truth that keep all teams moving together. Products ship faster than proof can keep up. The Customer Evidence Program closes that gap, ensuring credible advertiser results are ready when Sales, Marketing, and Product need them.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Customer Evidence Program. This role owns the strategy, production, and distribution of case studies, proof points, and customer success stories that power Amazon Ads’ go-to-market engine. You will ensure that every major product narrative, sales moment, and market conversation is supported by credible, compelling advertiser evidence to further articulate our brand strategy and industry positioning.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role reporting to the Head of GTM & Marketing Strategy. You will partner across Product Marketing, Sales, Growth Marketing, Global Marketing Insights, Legal, and PR to deliver a forward-looking evidence portfolio aligned to business priorities and supporting core brand strategy. You will take ownership of an established framework and operating model, then drive continued maturation and execution at scale.
The right candidate brings strong program management instincts, deep cross-functional fluency, and a bias toward measurable output. You treat gaps in customer evidence as revenue problems and operate with urgency to close them. You understand best-in-class quality output and can operationalize multi-stakeholder workflows to consistently create this quality at scale.
