About this role:
Do you take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship in every project you touch? Do you enjoy working on high-end custom homes where attention to detail and quality truly matter? If that sounds like you , you might just be the one we've been searching for! We're looking for an experienced Siding Installer to join our team and help bring custom homes to life through expert exterior finishing and installation. In this role, you'll install a variety of siding materials and exterior trim components with precision and care, ensuring every home meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, durability, and curb appeal. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of exceptional homes while being part of a company that values high quality , teamwork, and its people. The ideal candidate has strong exterior carpentry skills, excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
In the role you will:
- Bring your 3–5 years of siding installation experience to expertly install a variety of products, including horizontal siding, board and batten, shakes, and specialty siding systems.
- Install exterior trim components including window and door trim, frieze boards, banding, soffit, fascia, and porch ceilings with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and project specifications to ensure accurate installation and quality workmanship.
- Measure, cut, and fit siding and trim materials to achieve clean lines, proper alignment, and a flawless finished appearance.
- Perform quality inspections throughout installation to ensure all work meets company standards and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site that supports efficient workflow and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other team members to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed on schedule.
- Support overall site organization and cleanliness while assisting other trades as needed on the job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients on-site, answering questions and providing guidance when appropriate .
