Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create a supportive and safe environment where clients can Thrive with Purpose and receive the quality care they deserve.

We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in South Charlotte, NC (ZIP 28226) . In this role, you will provide hands-on Community Living Support (CLS), helping our client build independence, stay active, and maintain safety in both home and community settings.

Schedule & Pay Rate

- Pay Rate: $16.75 / hour
- Location: Charlotte, NC (ZIP 28226)
- School Year Schedule (15 Hours/Week):

Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

- Summer / School Breaks (Up to 28 Hours/Week)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities and skill building.
- Support participation in community activities, outings, and events.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Required) .
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (Preferred) .
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (Required) .
- Ability to pass a background check.
