Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create a supportive and safe environment where clients can Thrive with Purpose and receive the quality care they deserve.

We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Networking (CNET) support for a client in Kings Mountain, NC (ZIP 28086) . In this role, you will help facilitate meaningful community connections, promote independence, and assist our client in engaging in local activities and events every Sunday.

Schedule & Hours (Part-Time)

- Location: Kings Mountain, NC (ZIP 28086)
- Community Networking (CNET) Hours:

Sunday: 4 Hours (Flexible daytime scheduling)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with participating in community activities, social events, and recreational outings.
- Foster community integration, skill development, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific goals, hobbies, and preferences.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding client engagement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Required) .
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or community support experience (Preferred) .
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (Required) .
- Ability to pass a background check.
