We're looking for a Director of Lifecycle & Retention Marketing to own the customer lifecycle from first purchase through repeat business, expansion, and referral — across both our DTC storefront and our B2B/institutional sales motion.

- Verify pick slips : Cross-reference physical product counts, hardware kits, and serial numbers against the order documentation.
- Affix shipping labels : Place barcodes, handling stamps (like "Fragile" or "This Side Up"), and invoices prominently on the exterior container.
- Load and secure inventory : Move wrapped items using heavy warehouse equipment and stack them safely onto delivery trucks to prevent shifting.

- Adaptable schedule : Flexibility to work changing warehouse shifts, including early mornings, overtime, or occasional weekends.
