Dispatch Operations Specialist (Contract)
Intellipro is hiring Dispatch Operations Specialists for on-site contract roles. This role manages daily dispatch operations within an assigned region, monitoring key metrics such as dispatch completion rate, pickup task completion rate, and on-time arrival rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatch operations within the assigned region and monitor key metrics (dispatch completion rate, pickup task completion rate, on-time arrival rate).
- Coordinate with 5–8 DSPs (delivery service providers); track execution by drivers and DSP dispatch teams to ensure daily pickup tasks are completed as planned.
- Handle daily operational exceptions: driver lateness, missed pickups, uncollected shipments, merchant refusals, address issues, handover exceptions.
- Resolve standardized issues per established SOPs; coordinate with backbone network, merchant operations, product, or system teams when necessary.
- Conduct quality checks on pickup POP and drop-off POD to ensure operations and data feedback meet platform standards.
- Support consumables-related operations: daily route planning, inventory check coordination, settlement support.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, incident retrospectives, and operations training; consolidate SOPs to continuously optimize dispatch processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics operations, transportation dispatch, or service provider management; e-commerce logistics background preferred. Experience managing DSPs or fleet operations is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of pickup, sorting, and handover workflows, with strong judgment in handling operational exceptions.
- Strong sense of ownership and solid execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset; able to identify issues through operational metrics and drive improvements.
- Working hours: approximately 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (aligned to the assigned region's local time), weekend rotation required, overtime when necessary.
- English fluency required for daily work communication.
