Were looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Host to join our team in River North. The Host will be the first point of contact for guests and will help create a welcoming and organized experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Manage reservations and guest seating
- Maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods
- Communicate with servers, managers, and other team members
- Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized
- Help ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the restaurant
Qualifications
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
