Roofing Sales Closer | $200K+ Potential | Warm Leads + Company Truck (Stockton / San Joaquin County)
Location: Based in Stockton. Your territory runs San Joaquin County, Lodi down through Manteca, Tracy and Modesto.
Type: Full-time, W-2 outside sales
Pay: Uncapped commission, paid weekly. Top reps clear $200,000+. No ceiling.

This is not a training program. We will teach you our product, our inspection, and our paperwork. We will not teach you how to sell. If you've never sat at a kitchen table and walked out with a signed contract and a deposit, this isn't your seat, and that's fine.
If you HAVE done it, in roofing, roof repair, or home-service sales (solar, HVAC, windows, siding, remodeling, restoration, any in-home ticket), keep reading. You already know how to run the appointment. We just put better appointments in front of you, a truck under you, and a product that makes sense to homeowners.
Who we are
Infinite Roofing and RoofMaxx. "Restore. Don't Replace." We do full roofs, repairs, and RoofMaxx restorations for homeowners and commercial buildings across California, and we've been doing it for over a decade. We're growing in Stockton and need a proven closer to own the area: Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Ripon, Escalon, Modesto.
The job
• Run warm, pre-set appointments we hand you every week. Self-gen on top if you want to stack your check
• Climb a ladder, walk a typical one-story roof, and show the homeowner what you found
• Present options at the kitchen table, handle objections, and close with a deposit in one sitting
• Keep your pipeline, photos, and follow-ups tight in our CRM

You're a fit if
• You've sold roofing, roof repair, or in-home home services before. Non-negotiable.
• You can tell us your average ticket and your close rate without looking it up
• Contractor or trades background is a big plus. Swung a hammer and sold? Even better
• No fear of ladders or a one-story roof
• Valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive the company truck
• You want a scoreboard, not a babysitter

This is NOT for you if
• You've never closed a sale in a customer's home
• Your sales experience is retail floor, call center, or phone-only
• You're looking for salary, a desk, or a management title. This is a pure closing seat
• You don't live within driving distance of Stockton
