We are looking for a Project Manager, Waste/Wastewater in our Dallas, TX office.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal wastewater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, collection systems, and conveyance infrastructure , along with proven experience managing projects, clients, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.

The Impact Youll Make (Job Responsibilities)

- Manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

- Lead project planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

- Oversee the design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, force mains, and collection systems.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.

- Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, schedules, and budgets.

- Support permitting efforts and coordination with regulatory agencies.

- Provide technical oversight, review engineering deliverables, and guide project teams.

- Mentor engineers and technical staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Support business development activities, including client relationship management, proposals, and project pursuits.

Qualifications

The Expertise Youll Bring (Qualifications)

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.

- 15+ years of experience delivering municipal wastewater projects.

- Experience managing wastewater treatment plant, pump station, lift station, and collection system projects.

- Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.

- Strong understanding of wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction.

- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
