Job Title: Project Manager Job Description
The Project Manager oversees the execution of projects within a structured Project Management Office, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. In this role, you lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, resource management, risk mitigation, testing, validation, change management, and implementation support, with a strong focus on quality and compliance in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead small to large-scale projects from initiation through implementation and go-live support, ensuring successful delivery of all project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to guide execution and track progress.
- Drive achievement of project milestones, metrics, and deliverables, proactively addressing obstacles to keep initiatives on track.
- Monitor project performance and communicate progress through dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, implementing mitigation plans as needed.
- Support portfolio management activities and contribute to strategic project prioritization across the organization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and other business functions to align project goals and resources.
- Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and help develop, refine, and promote project management best practices.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and organizational skills, including prioritization and coordination of complex activities.
- Proficiency with project management software tools used for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working within the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing complex projects in manufacturing or operations environments, particularly within medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Track record of driving project execution while managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Experience supporting and promoting continuous improvement initiatives in a production or operations setting.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse functional teams, including Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, and Human Resources.

This is an onsite position based in Warsaw, working within a structured Project Management Office and closely connected to manufacturing and operations functions. You collaborate daily with cross-functional teams in a regulated industry setting, where adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements is a core part of the culture. This is a Contract position based out of Warsaw, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
