Video Conferencing Engineer

Job Overview
The Video Conferencing Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, operation, support, and continuous improvement of the enterprise video conferencing service. This role ensures meeting room technology, collaboration platforms, and event support services operate reliably and consistently across the enterprise. The position independently manages standard and moderately complex engineering activities while supporting executive meetings, town halls, room deployments, incident resolution, and lifecycle initiatives. The role exists to deliver a high-quality coworker collaboration experience and maintain operational excellence across the video conferencing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Room Design, Engineering & Deployment, testing net new Vendor offerings
• Service Operations and Monitoring
• Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Documentation (Includes Knowledge articles), Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Town Hall & Event Support
• Lifecycle, Security & Vendor Coordination

Experience & Qualifications:
• >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
• Microsoft Teams Rooms Certification

Other Education, Experience, Certification, and KSA:
• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
• Able to use common office equipment.
• Possesses basic data entry skills.
• Possesses strong data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
• Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
