Job Summary
วัตถุประสงค์หลัก: ทำโครงสร้างทรัพย์สิน/หนี้สินขององค์กรณ์ได้ (Asset and Liability Management หรือ ALM)
Job Responsibilities
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบและงานหลัก:

การ บริหารสินทรัพย์และหนี้สิน ( Asset and Liability Management หรือ ALM )
1. ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านสภาพคล่อง (Liquidity Risk) และความเสี่ยงด้านอัตราดอกเบี้ย (Interest Rate Risk)
2. วางแผนโครงสร้างสินทรัพย์และหนี้สินเพื่อให้องค์กรมีสภาพคล่องเพียงพอและสร้างผลกำไรสูงสุด
3. ทำรายงานเสนอคณะกรรมการบริหารสินทรัพย์และหนี้สิน (ALCO) เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
4. จำลองสถานการณ์ทางการเงินเพื่อประเมินผลกระทบต่อองค์กร

Required Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น:
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านการบัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนยุทธศาสตร์ แผนธุรกิจ แผนการเงิน หรืองบประมาณ หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- มีความรอบรู้ในธุรกิจธนาคาร ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ รวมถึงมีความรู้ด้านการตลาด และการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ
- มีความรู้และเข้าใจระบบบัญชี และงบการเงินของธนาคาร
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลข้อมูล และการนำเสนอ
- สามารถวางแผน บริหารจัดการ วิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีทักษะ และความสามารถในการสื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล
- ความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดี
