Job Summary:
You will work within the Schroders China Investment Team. This role includes:
1) Perform due diligence and executing investments, as well as conducting portfolio analysis, monitoring and detailed industry research
2) Work closely with the team and analyse, assess and make investment recommendations

3) Support business development and investor relations activities

Key Responsibilities:
1) Under the coaching of senior team members, through both desktop research and onsite visits, provide reliable and fact-based research
2) Data master of frontend analysis and facilitator of investment decision process
3) A key team member of post investment management practice

Preferred Background

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Private Equity (PE), Investment Banking (IBD), or a top-tier consulting firm.

- Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.

- A collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.

- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.

- 与团队紧密合作，对投资机会进行分析、评估，并提出投资建议；

- 支持业务拓展及投资者关系相关活动。

主要职责 ：

- 在资深团队成员的指导下，通过案头调研及实地走访，完成可靠、基于事实的研究；

- 作为前端分析的数据负责人，协助推动投资决策流程；

- 成为投后管理实践中的关键团队成员。

任职要求：

1. 具备 3 年以上私募股权投资基金、投资银行或顶级咨询公司相关工作经验。

2. 扎实的 财务建模、估值分析、尽职调查及投资分析能力。

3. 优秀的分析能力、沟通表达能力和学习能力，具备较强的成长潜力。

4. 具备团队合作精神，能够在快节奏、高压力环境下高效工作。

5. 具备流利的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
