About the Role
JB&B is seeking high-achieving engineering students to join our internship program for Summer 2026. JB&B’s Summer Internship is a 8-week program that provide students the opportunity to learn about design engineering across HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing & Fire Protection trades. Students will work on active projects alongside a mentor, visit job sites, and learn various design software programs our engineers use. Students will also have development opportunities to network with leadership and their colleagues and participate in firm events.
The Summer 2027 Internship program will take place in-person at one of our office locations in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia.

Qualifications
- Rising junior or senior students as of Summer 2026, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's degree students also accepted).
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating in a team environment.
Estimated compensation : $20 per hour (non-exempt)
