Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in our Philippines market as a  c orporate p harmacist. In this role, you will manage product regulatory compliance and registration, provide technical and scientific counsel across the organization, and help ensure that everything we say about our products—in labels, marketing, and claims—is accurate and substantiated.

What You Will Do as USANA's Corporate Pharmacist

- Handle product registration with the FDA (formerly BFAD) in compliance with local regulatory legislation
- Prepare documentation to obtain approval from local government agencies for product licensing and launches, and stay current on new regulations or changes
- Handle product inquiries and complaints
- Provide counsel to the m arketing and p roduct m anagement teams
- Write the health column for the newsletter and website
- Coordinate with the e thics team on all product claims substantiation published across social media, marketing collateral, and merchandise
- Proofread technical terms in labels, formulations, and other print materials
- Conduct product training and assist with events as necessary
- Manage product retention samples for incoming shipments in coordination with the wa rehouse and lo gistics team
- Travel to other cities and provinces, including weekends and nights, as required for company and Brand Partner events

Background and Skills You Will Need

- Bachelor's degree in p harmacy
- Current PRC license as a pharmacist
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and business training skills, with a pleasant, personable manner
- Detail- and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex environments, coordinating across various functional teams and business associates

Please note: This positions working hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
