This Consultant opportunity sits in Deloitte's Strategy & Transformation Office and offers the chance to help design and deliver smarter, tech-enabled ways of working across the firm.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll work across the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives, from discovery and scoping through to build, deployment and adoption. That includes partnering with business unit SMEs and technical teams to define requirements, shape PoC and MVP solutions, and manage delivery across a range of internal priorities.

Early in a project, you might run workshops, capture pain points, validate workflows and problem statements, and turn that insight into clear briefs and plans. You'll also work with technical leads to assess feasibility and identify opportunities to reuse platforms and solutions such as AI Analyst, MyAssist and Copilot.

As work progresses, you'll help facilitate design sessions, support backlog grooming and sprint planning, coordinate testing, prepare demos and support onboarding. The role also brings variety through low code and no code prototyping in Claude Cowork, navigating risk and cybersecurity approvals, contributing to reusable assets like the agentic layer, and helping shape future initiatives through executive materials and demos.

About the team

Our Service Reimagination team is a specialist internal-facing team within Deloitte's Strategy & Transformation Office. We use AI and other technologies to improve operational efficiency, consistency, quality and experience across the firm, helping transform how teams deliver engagements and services. The team works closely with our internal Tech, Assets and GenAI (TAG) team, as well as Quality & Risk, Corporate Strategy and Innovation, and collaborates with our Asia Pacific GenAI CoE, Microsoft, AWS, Google and global member firm counterparts on impactful tech-enabled transformation initiatives.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

- Experience in business transformation, operational improvement or project management / governance roles

- Comfort working with GenAI tools or other tech-enabled solutions

- Experience supporting or leading process improvement, service model redesign, or operating model transformation initiatives

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations

- Experience facilitating workshops, presenting findings, and managing project deliverables

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities

- Experience with low code or no code prototyping would be valuable
